1. Where do I purchase my child’s uniform?

All PPA uniforms are purchased through Squad Locker, our official uniform provider. You can access our dedicated online storehttps://www.ppateam.com/gear to order your jerseys, shorts, and socks.

2. How often do uniforms change?

PPA operates on a two-year uniform cycle. Every two years, we introduce a new jersey design, and all players are required to purchase the new set. The current uniform cycle runs from Fall 2022  to Summer 2024, with new jerseys released at the start of the next cycle.

3. What uniform items are required?

All PPA players are required to have the following:

These items ensure that all teams are properly outfitted for games.

4. Is the cost of uniforms included in program fees?

No, the cost of uniforms is separate from program registration fees. Each family is responsible for purchasing their child’s uniform directly from Squad Locker.

5. How much does the uniform set cost?

The total cost of a full uniform set (home & away jerseys, shorts, and socks) is approximately $200. Prices may vary slightly based on sizing and customization options.

6. What if my child already has a uniform from last year?

If the uniform is from the current two-year cycle, your child can continue using it. If we are transitioning into a new cycle, all players must purchase the updated uniform.

7. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed directly by Squad Locker and typically take 2 weeks for delivery. We recommend ordering well in advance of the season start to avoid delays.

8. What if I ordered the wrong size?

Squad Locker has a return and exchange policy for unworn items. If you need to exchange a size, follow their return process on the Squad Locker website.

9. Can I customize my child’s jersey?

10. What happens if my child loses their jersey during the season?

If a jersey is lost, families will need to reorder through Squad Locker. We strongly recommend ordering multiple pairs of socks and shorts to have backups throughout the season.

11. When will the next uniform cycle begin?

The next uniform cycle will start in Fall 2024, at which point all players will be required to purchase the new jerseys. We will notify families well in advance to ensure they have time to order.

Trace is our AI-powered video highlight system that captures and analyzes game footage, providing personalized highlights for each player. It allows players to review their best moments, coaches to analyze team tactics, and families to relive the action from every game.

2. How does it work?

Each team is assigned a Trace camera that records games. After the match, Trace’s AI processes the footage and automatically creates individual player highlights. Players and parents receive their clips directly, making it easy to review performances and share moments.

3. How do players access their highlights?

Once the game footage is processed, players will receive a link to their personalized highlights via email. They can also log into the Trace platform to view, download, and share their clips.

4. What is the Trace Leaderboard?

6. Is there an additional cost for Trace?

No, Trace is included for most Premier teams as part of the program. If your team has a Trace camera, your player will automatically have access to their highlights.

• Coaches give ongoing, constructive feedback during training and games. In addition, we conduct formal player evaluations at least twice per year, offering insights into strengths, areas for improvement, and development goals.

• Avoid sideline coaching and allow players to think and problem-solve.

• If you have a question or concern, we ask that you:

• Wait 24 hours after a game before reaching out to the coach.

• Schedule a conversation with the coach to discuss concerns constructively.
