PPA Joins the Girls Academy (GA) ASPIRE League

PPA is proud to announce a major step forward for our girls’ program: PPA is officially joining the new Girls Academy ASPIRE League — a groundbreaking platform designed to elevate player development and create a clear pathway for elite competition.

This new league gives our top girls’ teams the chance to compete in one of the most structured and forward-thinking platforms in the country. ASPIRE sits as a feeder system into the GA’s top tier and offers a clear performance-based pathway for clubs and players with ambitions of reaching the highest levels of play.

United and their MLSNext Teams, and now joining the GA ASPIRE League, we’re able to provide the most elite pathway's available. We’re super excited to now have a full slate of opportunities for both our boys and girls to reach the highest levels this country has to offer.”

What is the ASPIRE League?

Launched by the Girls Academy and operated in collaboration with the Development Player League (DPL), the ASPIRE League is built for ambitious clubs and players. It emphasizes performance-based advancement, college exposure, regional and national showcases, and a clear developmental pathway.

The league will run across age groups U13–U19 and include a National Championship each season, as well as individual player identification initiatives designed to recognize and reward top talent.

With this announcement, we’re officially opening tryouts for the 2025–26 PPA Premier Girls teams. We’re looking for talented, dedicated players born between 2013 and 2006 to join us on this journey.
