Steff's playing and coaching experience started at a very young age.

In high school, he played at the Maret School in Washington, D.C. from 2010-2014. During that time, Steff won two league championships and had the chance to play for the DC State Title in 2014 at Capitol One Arena.

After high school, Steff played Division II basketball at Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, W.V. from 2014-2018.

After his college playing career, Steff went down to the state of Florida to be a Graduate Assistant Coach at the University of Central Florida from 2018-2020.

Played professionally in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Nigeria, Tunisia, France, and Turkey, and represented his national team of Gabon in the 2015 and 2016 Africa Cup of Nations
Damario Clarke

Damario grew up playing multiple sports from an early age.

Focusing on basketball in his later years, he has learned the game over that time span and is excited to give back and share his knowledge of the game with the next generation.

Damario played 3 years of varsity basketball at Northwood High school, has coached at summer basketball camps for 4 years.
Drake Goddard

Drake has been coaching with PPA since 2019. He is originally from Fort Washington, MD and went to The Maret School in DC, where he started on the basketball team and was a two-time All-Conference Selection, two-time Conference Champion and DC State Runner Up.

After graduating from Maret, Drake attended Wheeling Jesuit University, where he was a 3 year captain and won 100 games in his career.

After Drake's senior season, he received Wheeling Jesuit’s Unsung Hero Award.
